MFA is mandatory!

To register for MFA, go to the MFA sign-up page, and you will be guided through the registration process. When you register for MFA, you will also be registered for Self-serve Password Recovery. Both services are powered by Microsoft Security Information. After you register for MFA, you will be prompted to assert your second factor the first time you log on.

There are several options to choose as your second factor:

• The Microsoft Authenticator smart phone app (recommended)
• An alternative Authenticator app such as: Google Authenticator or Authy
• A Hardware Token (Click to order). Here are instructions of how to fill out the order form
• SMS Text Messages to your mobile phone

To add or change your MFA sign-in method, visit the My Sign-In webpage and login using your MacID and password.
