MS Teams live transcription
 

Live transcription can make your meeting more productive, act as meeting minutes or class notes, and ensure more inclusive experiences for participants with hearing impairments or have different levels of language proficiency. Participants in noisy places will also appreciate the visual aid. The transcript is downloadable as a Word document after the meeting and includes speaker attribution so you know who says what. 

Live transcription is currently available for scheduled meetings when the spoken language is English and on the desktop version of MS Teams. The feature is not available in channel meetings or Meet now meetings.

FindTime

FindTime is a meeting poll and scheduler that pulls busy/free time from participants’ calendars, sends MS Teams meeting links and finds a time for everyone to meet — all through your Outlook.
