Viva Insights is an extension of your Office 365 client experience that helps you find opportunities to build better habits and get back in control of your time. It uses everyday data from Microsoft Office 365 to give you insights into how you spend your time. It then provides insights and tips that help you work smarter.
Viva Insights is accessible on any device through your web browser and can also be downloaded onto any device including Windows, MacOS, iOS, or Android.

Staff and Faculty who have migrated to McMaster Mail can access Viva Insights insights four weeks after their email migration.
Expandable List
- Navigate to the portal and sign in with your McMaster email and password
- Click and expand Install Office
- Click Office 365 apps
- If you are a staff or faculty member who has migrated to McMaster Mail, you should see Viva Insights
- Open Viva Insights
- Insights will populate four weeks after your migration
